Yes, hypnotherapy is a safe and natural technique when used as directed. The sessions in this program are designed to be gentle and relaxing, promoting a natural state of sleep. However, if you have any underlying medical conditions, particularly mental health conditions like psychosis or severe personality disorders, it's always recommended to consult with your doctor before using any new relaxation or sleep program.
Specific contraindications: if you suffer from active psychosis, episodic psychosis, dissociative identity disorder, untreated obstructive sleep apnea, or recent traumatic re-experiencing trauma (which requires stabilization therapy first), do not use this program.
The Effortless Sleep Hypnosis aims to remove all anxiety related to sleep quality, relaxing your body, calming your mind, and retraining your habits. With regular and consistent use, combined with basic sleep hygiene as detailed in our Sleep Hygiene Guide, many people experience significantly easier and better quality sleep.
While meditation and relaxation apps can be helpful, "The Effortless Sleep Hypnosis System" specifically uses hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy works by accessing your subconscious mind, allowing for deeper relaxation and more direct suggestions for positive change. It's also a structured system, with each session building upon the previous one, not just a collection of individual tracks.
All recordings are based on scientific research that shows the incredible benefits of hypnotherapy, including audio hypnotherapy, for improved sleep.

All recordings and the guides are ADHD- and Autism-friendly, so you can use them.
No. All you need is a device to play the audio files (phone, tablet, computer) and a comfortable place to listen (usually your bed). You can use headphones/earbuds or listen through speakers, whichever you prefer. No prior experience with hypnotherapy is necessary.
That's perfectly okay! The primary goal is relaxation and creating a calm, peaceful state conducive to sleep.
Even if you don't fall asleep during the session, the deep relaxation you experience will still be beneficial. Many people find that with consistent use, they fall asleep more easily during the sessions over time. The pre-sleep session, in particular, helps with training your mind before you actually fall asleep.
We are looking for any feedback, about any aspect of the recording: from overall experience, to content and quality. We use your feedback to improve the program before we launch it to the general public.

"The Effortless Sleep Hypnosis System" is designed to be a powerful tool for improving sleep, but it is not a medical treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition, including insomnia. Insomnia may have many causes besides stress, anxiety, and poor sleep hygiene; for instance, mental health disorders, chronic conditions, pain, substance use, and medications, to name a few.
